Humidifier and vicks question?
I have a warm air humidifier, and i put a little vicks vaporub on the top, where there’s like a little space to put stuff. Is this okay to do? will it help my runny nose and cough?
yes, it’s ok, but you may want to put the vicks in with the water..just make sure you clean all the componenets out the next day;; the little spot on the top of your humidifier is actually for a little cotton/plastic swab coated with the vicks liquid (they even sell them @ the drugstores, & Target that I know of)..if ya don’t have the strips, use the vicks in the water..but make sure you clean it well afterwards so the vicks doesn’t clog the system;; you may also be able to find eucalyptus oil…I think the last time I saw the oils was in Bath & Body Works…
