How to use my Vicks Humidifier?

and i added water salt and the liquid. I waited 20minutes and every once in a while i saw a tiny puff of steam. Do i need more salt?
The front part is bubbling water out??

How much steam is supposed to come out?
If it is a humidifier, you will most likely not be seeing “steam” come out, it is just vaporizing the water and shooting the mist into the air. Please make sure you have a clean filter in the humidifier, as they have a tendency to get moldy. Most local drug stores have the filters.
If you do not have the instruction manual that came with it, just put the make and model number + instruction manual into the yahoo search bar and pull one up
