Is it ok to leave humidifier on overnight in room?
I just got a humidifier and I was wondering if its ok to leave it running while I sleep with the door shut? It says not to leave it in a closed room, but I was hoping that it could be on and running overnight to relieve my sinuses. But I don’t want to damage it or my room….
Yes. After I developed severe nose bleeds during the evening and night time hours, my ENT doctor recommended that I buy and put a humidifier by my bed all night long. I have been doing that for the last month and my nose bleeds have stopped. There doesn’t seem to be any problem with that and I do keep my door closed.
But, since you said that, I’m going to read the instructions that came with the humidifier and see what they recommend. I am looking for one of those TEMP., HUMIDITY and BAROMETRIC PRESSURE indicators. So far, I have only seen the digital ones and I would like to have the gage type.
