will a humidifier stop/reduce my nosebleeds?
hey… i was wondering if a humidifier will help stop or even reduce my nosebleeds… every morning i wake up will one and wake up sneezing with a dry nose and a “heavy chest”(usually all in the winter)… i live in central virginia where the temperature changes so much it isnt funny and humid in summer and dry in the winter… also what setting would you think it should be on… low, med, or high
