Humidor not staying humid enough.?

I have a small 20 count cigar humidor. The humidifier that came with it needed to be replaced because it was no longer keeping it humid enough. I bought a new humidifier that says it is for a max of 25 cigars (I only have 15 right now) and put it in the humidor. (I filled it with distilled water)

I have the same problem. I think its because its a cheap one. I got it as a deal with a bunch of cigars. What I do (and I still don’t think you need to do this as often as I do) is: get some filtered water and a clean towel. Use the towel and completely wet the inside of the humidor. Now leave the towel in the humidor overnight (on a piece of plastic so the water wont warp the cedar). I use two things: the thingy that attaches to the top with Cigar Juice and a humidor pillow, that I constantly have to refill. I rarely get over 70% and it still drops quickly. But try these things and see if it helps. You might just need to constantly replenish the thingy OR buy a really expensive humidor.
