7 month old with a cold?
My 7 month old has woken up with a snotty nose and a cough although she is still ok in herself and eating well. We are due to go on holiday (Spain, around a 2hr 30min flight) on Monday as a family before I return to work full time in a couple of weeks. I have a humidifier, vapour rub, plug in all on the go (she has had 4 colds since born). Does anyone have any advice on how to try and at least help my daughter fight off her cold/virus quickly? If she is ok in herself is it safe to fly 4 days into a cold? I am worried about cabin pressure etc. We have flown to see relatives in N.Ireland with our daughter last month (1hr flight, she was fine).
My Daughter (now 3) was born in Spain and we made numerous trips every year back and forwards between Spain. Sometimes she flew with a cold and I can honestly say that it didn’t affect her one way or the other. You will probobaly find that the warmer weather will do her good aswell.
Each Town has at least one or two Chemists shops ( Farmacia’s ) over here are, and many of them speak English and are qualified and able to give a little bit more advise that their counterparts in the UK.
