Do you prefer a warm mist humidifier or cool mist?
And why?
I’m about 5 months pregnant and trying to decide which one I should use in my bedroom.
I have a cool mist humidifier and I find it so relaxing. I don’t know if I could sleep with a warm one.
It keeps my husband and I pretty comfortable at night, we don’t even use the air conditioner, just turn on the humidifier and crack the windows.
