Which one would you suggest for someone living in SW.
These days we have major smoke, haze coming from AZ fire. I can see & smell the smoke in the air. Lately been having minor dizziness or headache.

Get an air purifier, that removes stuff from the air. Humidifier will not remove anything, only add moisture. Stay indoors and make sure the filters in your AC unit are clean. Also, consider running the blower (fan) on your AC unit, so that air is constantly circulating through your AC unit.
