Natural decongestant Ideas?
Wanted to see if anyone can give me ideas on using something natural for a decongestant. We have been putting Eucalyptus Essential Oil in the humidifier (we can’t really smell that much even with the max drops added).
Can the essential oil be put on your skin, thought about rubbing some under our noses a little.
Has anyone tried the oil diffusers?

You have to stand right over the humidifier and breathe in the eucalyptus — it’s not good enough just to have it going in the room. If you want to put essential oil on your skin, you must use no more than 1 or 2 drops per tablespoon of almond oil or olive oil.
