What is the point of having a filter in a humidifier? Why not just get filter-free?
People drink tap water…..so why do we need to filter the tap water before it goes through the humidifier?
I would think that if you just rinse the humidifier and change the water every night, that there is no point of wasting money on filters for a humidifier. Just buy a filter-free humidifer
The reason they have filters is to catch the minerals in the water, they wont hurt you, but they make a hell of a mess. You will get white dust all over, bad for electronics especially. A warm mist humidifier doesn’t use a filter or make a mess, thats what I use.
