aprilaire humidifier question?
i have a aprilaire model 110 humudifier hooked up to my furnace. this is my first winter in the house and the thing had not turned on yet. my house has gotten really dry so i decided to see if i could get it going. i took it down, cleaned it, and replaced the filter. no it seems to be working as it clicked on and water is running down the drain hose. my question is im not sure if i installed the water line back in properly. at the top of the unit there are i believe six holes. does the hose go in one of those holes are does it sit in the middle of them and let water evenly in all the holes? also should i just have the water on at a trickle. i turned it on all the way which i know wouldnt work if its not fed inside one of the holes like i have now as it would be spraying everywhere. any help would be appreciated.

dan there should be a stop you feed the water line in and it hits a stop , thats
it your done the water flows even thru all the holes, water should be a light
steady flow
