Tips on seasonal allergies?
Not only am I extremely frustrated with the fact that my nose is running like a faucet, but there is also the setback of me not being able to blow my nose, or sneeze without my mouth wide open. This is because I have friable sinuses, and therefore have very large chances of getting chronic nosebleeds. Are there, first off, any tips of taking care of congestion WITHOUT blowing my nose? Also, are there any remedies to getting rid of the soreness around the outside of my nasal passages? I’ve tried nasal moisturizers, but the attempt made it worse. ANY help at all will be highly appreciated!
Also: I use a humidifier in my room to assist breathing better air. I have also tried using different allergy medications, and ADVIL congestion relief. They didn’t help at all.
Using a neti pot and the accompanying saline solution can help alleviate congestion.
